Getting to know yourself is the first step on the journey to wellness.

Wu-Hsun (Tom) Yang, ND, LAc, LMP obtained his doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and masters in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Bastyr University (Kenmore, WA) in 2016. For the past 4 years, Dr. Tom Yang has worked as a licensed massage practitioner at Monroe Therapeutic Massage. Prior to graduate school, he was employed by a local non-profit organization to promote education and prevention of HIV and STIs in the LGBTQ population and amongst homeless young adults.

As a healthcare provider, Dr. Tom Yang’s primary goal is to facilitate the process of healing by using various modalities to draw awareness to systems that are out of balance. He believes effective healing can happen when there is a therapeutic alliance between the patient and the provider that is built on mutual-respect.  He fosters a supportive environment that allows patients to learn about their health and empowers them to make informed choices.  His goal is to deliver safe and effective treatments that are individualized and involve the patient in maximizing their wellbeing.
